This is what our brief looks like
A real design brief for a real client, written after the meeting on their plot. Only the names, the cadastral number and the address are redacted.
The document has seven sections: general information, the plot, engineering and autonomy, parameters and structure, room programme, style and facade, timeline and stages. The site visit is free, and within 48 hours after the meeting you receive the brief and two firm figures.
