A full construction cycle: site preparation, foundation, structure, thermal envelope, engineering systems and finishing. Each package is a separate contract, and you always deal with a single accountable party.
The budget is fixed before works start in the contract, and our fee does not depend on the total spend, so inflating the budget brings us nothing. Warranty: 10 years on the structure and roof, 2 years on engineering systems.
