A full construction cycle: site preparation, foundation, structure, thermal envelope, engineering systems and finishing. Each package is a separate contract, and you always deal with a single accountable party.
The budget is fixed before works start with ±10% accuracy, and our fee does not depend on the total spend, so inflating the budget brings us nothing. Warranty: 10 years on the structure and roof, 2 years on engineering systems.
