What a house construction budget consists of
The cost structure of a private house by stage: groundworks twelve per cent, shell twenty three, roof thirteen, facade and windows fifteen, engineering systems seventeen, final finishing twenty. The plot, external utility connections and landscaping are budgeted separately.
The shares are averaged across completed DOMRIY projects and shift for each specific house. The construction budget is fixed within ±10% after the architectural design, and the site visit is free.
