Your house on your land. One accountable party, stage-by-stage payment
DOMRIY designs and builds private houses on the client's own land. Four packages, each sold under a separate contract: design (4 weeks), structural shell (3 months), thermal envelope (5 months), turnkey (12 months) — cumulative from the construction contract, for a 150 m² house. You can stop after any package.
We visit your plot, and within 48 hours after the meeting you get two firm figures: the price of the design and the price of the structural shell. The visit and site assessment are free. The budget is fixed in the contract. The warranty is written into the contract: 10 years on structure and roof, 2 years on engineering systems.
The company has operated since 2013; its founder has worked on private houses since 2005, with 200+ homes designed. We design across Ukraine and abroad and build within 30 km of Kyiv.
